Acces to the two upper floors of a historical canal house in Utrecht is only possible through two dangerously steep nineteenth century stairs. No one else before me had found a solution within the current layout of the house. Above is the proposal for a new, easy accessible staircase, inlcuding an elevator, that does not require radical justifications to the current situation.
